Breaking Bias with the US Fish & Wildlife Service

Cindy Fury reached out to me in the Spring of 2021 to set up a training for her US Fish & Wildlife Service team, distributed across the United States. She was looking for an engaging training focusing around DEIB concepts that spoke to participants at all skill levels... and, given that we were working with a geographically dispersed team, she wanted it to be delivered entirely remotely but was unsure a vendor could accomplish all of that.

Why... yes, we certainly can! In fact, our 2021 engagement went so well that we returned to Cindy's team this year for a second training. This summer, we worked with the US Fish & Wildlife Service to provide our DEIB 101 training, a program that provides a foundational, level-setting approach to concepts of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging, and then provides support through a 60-minute self-paced follow-up course.Client Work - USFWS

Sustained commitment leads to organizational change

I want to commend the USFWS for their commitment to inclusive DEIB trainings which support creating true organizational change. Their commitment to deepening their agency's capacity around DEIB objectives is remarkable, and I'm honored to have played a part in their staff's development.

I'm so excited to see what year three and moving forward bring us! Thank you to the USFWS for being a model of what a commitment to DEIB can look like.
