Using Mindfulness, Research, and Data to Break Bias

You probably already know that BE MORE with Anu uses mindfulness, research, and data to support a unique, science-backed method that helps teams unlearn old habits and break bias. (This is what we call the BE MORE Journey!) You might, however, have noticed that our website (hi!) recently received a facelift... so you might be wondering whether we're changing how we support workplace DEIB initiatives in 2023.

The answer is yes and no. We're not changing our unique approach, and my own fundamental drivers behind the work are still true; I'll still integrate my background as a lawyer, scientist, and peer-reviewed author to move this important work forward.

But, in 2023, we're introducing a brand-new product road map, containing everything from foundational offerings to skill-building labs, all the way up through intensive offerings!

Our team spent fall 2022 buried in this work, synthesizing years of feedback, as well as my own knowledge of best-practice in adult learning, e-learning, and (of course) diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. We knew we needed a product road map that truly meets teams where they're at, whether that means they're just getting started along their DEIB commitments or whether they're taking their leadership to a transformative next level.

I'm so proud that, as of today, that's exactly what we're rolling out!
